You can change the sort order, just click once on the desired column's title in the [Badge List] folder. A triangle will appear showing the sort order.
In the [Badge List], you can right-click on a record and get a pop-up menu with shortcut commands.
You can press ESC anywhere and get back to the Badge List.
To make a search, click on the column (not the header) you wish to search and type the first 3-4 letters. IDpack Producer will find it immediately.
Click twice on a row to open a participant's form in the [Badge Information] folder or by highlighting a row and by clicking on the Badge Information tab or by pressing the Enter key.
You can capture as many	pictures as you want with the [Capture] button. Only the last captured picture is saved.
In the [Badge Information], you can click on the open icon just beside the [Capture] button, and a window will open. You will then be able to add a picture from a file.
In the [Badge Information], at the bottom left of the screen, you can see a naviation button for navigating through the list of records.
You can Delete badge in IDpack Producer if you have checked the [Enable Delete Badge] in IDpack Designer.
On the toolbar, [Reload List] button will synchronize your list with the central database and display any new modifications.
The [Quick Number Search] is useful for performing a quick search for a specific badge. Just enter the serial number you need.
If you get a paper jam, you can easily reprint any sheet that you have previously printed by selecting all the Serial Numbers again in the [Print History].
To activate the [Print Preview], you must check the appropriate box in the Properties window of IDpack Designer.
The Tip of the Day dialog box is normally displayed when you start IDpack Producer. You can change this behavior so tips are never displayed or always displayed when IDpack Producer is started.
IDpack Producer look much better if your display is in high- or true-color mode.
The minimun resolution for IDpack Producer is 800x600, IDpack Producer will work strangly in 640x480.

A serial number is generated each time you add a new participant. It is a unique number that is automatically created by the software. You can change the start number in Access.
The [Print Buffer] button in the toolbar will print the buffer even if it is not full (ex: 3/10).
If the Buffer reaches its limit, the contents of the Buffer will be send to the printed automatically.
